Returns and Cancellations Policy – ABL
We strive to provide you with a high-quality shopping experience and uncompromising service. However, we allow returns and order cancellations in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Cancellation is possible only if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is free from any defects or damage.
- In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 ILS – whichever is lower – will be charged, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.
Product Returns
- Product returns are only possible with prior approval from us.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- The product will be inspected upon arrival, and only then will a credit or refund be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items made to custom specifications, used products, or items damaged due to improper use cannot be returned.
